30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Karaku Outfit, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 7 days from the delivery date and sen back the parcel within 30 days. Pls contact us when decide to return or exchange.
Once customer's return or exchange request is approved, we'll send our warehouse address.
Pls make sure you'll send us the tracking NO as soon as you send out the parcel, the tracking NO will be passed to the team who are responsible for the import business. If you missed the tracking No, they will can't make declare to the customs in time, the parcel may be returned.
Pls help put a paper to indicate your order NO and email address information in your returned parcel for quicker confirm once it arrives at our warehouse if available.
1. Items returned without authorization will NOT be accepted.

2. The shipping time for return & exchange must NOT exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
6. The shipping rate before discount will be non-refundable.

The shipping fee for returning the product will be taken over by the customer. As soon as the product arrives at us, we will ship out the replacement product and buyer need to pay for the exchange shipping fee(Shipping fee will depend on the area of the address) before the reshipment. In order that we can reship at the first time, buyer can choose to pay for the exchange shipping fee in advance once they return.
* If the product deteriorates due to an accident at the time of return, we may not be able to accept returns.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning the product.
*If the product does not return or the condition of the product deteriorates due to an accident at the time of return, we may not be able to accept returns.
The refund amount will be the order amount excluding shipping charges. The shipping rate before discount will be non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
If you do not pay the shipping fee when shipping the item, we may deduct it from the refunded item price.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Karaku Outfit will reimburse customer $10 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances.
1. Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact Karaku Outfit within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
To be eligible, please make sure that:
-The product is in its original packaging
-The product isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list, which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
* Karaku Outfit reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.
